Crystal-Clear Self-Adhesive Packaging

Each biodegradable polyprop bag features a self-adhesive sealing lip, often abbreviated to SAS. Insert the product, remove the protective backing strip and fold the lip over to create a neat and secure closure.

The integrated adhesive strip removes the need for separate packaging tape, cable ties or heat-sealing equipment. This makes the bags quick to use while helping businesses maintain a clean and consistent presentation.

Please note that the bag height measures up to the seal. The self-adhesive sealing lip sits above this measurement and does not form part of the usable internal height.

How to Measure Biodegradable Clear Polypropylene Bags

Polypropylene bag dimensions follow the format:

Width × Height Up To Seal

Measure your product at its widest and longest points. If the item has noticeable depth, allow additional width and height so that it fits comfortably without placing excessive pressure on the seams or adhesive closure.

These bags have a flat, non-gusseted construction. Therefore, thicker products require more clearance than flat items such as documents, catalogues, photographs or folded textiles.

The self-adhesive lip sits above the stated bag height and folds over to close the bag. Do not include the lip as part of the usable internal packing area.

If your product sits close to the stated dimensions, choose the next available size or request a sample before placing a larger order.
